Welcome to Jen’s Stories — Where Every Book Has a Ghost, a Giggle, or a Little Bit of Magic

Step into my world of wonder, mischief, and just‑the‑right‑amount of haunting. I’ve been a storyteller for as long as I can remember. When I was little, people said I had a wild imagination — but really, I just saw magic where others saw ordinary. While other Colorado kids were skiing down mountains, I was wandering through Denver’s old cemeteries, listening for whispers of forgotten tales and imagining the lives behind the headstones.

As the youngest of seven, I had to get creative to be heard. Luckily, my sisters were wild enough to give me endless material. Add in a lifelong habit of living in haunted houses — including the infamous Dalton House — and it was only a matter of time before the stories demanded to be written.

It took twenty years from the moment I scribbled the first line of The Watchmen of Dalton Manor to the day it finally came to life. Once my kids were grown, the floodgates opened.

  • Seamus the Famous was born for my grandkids, who deserved a hero as magical as they are.

  • The Ghosts of Central City came to life for my friends in Central City who insisted the stories be told.

  • Jen’s Family History was crafted for my entire family — a gift of roots, memory, and love.

  • The Labyrinth of Natas was written for a world that desperately needs more compassion, courage, and light.

Every book here carries a piece of my journey — the ghosts I’ve met, the homes that whispered to me, the family who shaped me, and the magic that’s followed me since childhood.

Welcome to my bookstore. Welcome to my imagination. Welcome to Jen’s Stories — where every page invites you to believe in something a little extraordinary.
